Cleanality Inc is based in Dorval, Quebec. We ship our products across Canada, and to the USA, and Internationally to provide customers with the products they need. We use the existing professional courier services to make sure that orders are delivered promptly and with the utmost care. Any orders placed before 3pm are shipped out on the same business day. Kindly make sure that the delivery address is entered correctly and is entered in consideration of any potential closures due to Covid-19. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

For orders within Quebec of over $ 60, we offer same day delivery options, through our own freight and logistics. Orders within Canada are delivered within 1-5 business days. Most orders to urban areas can be delivered as quickly as 1-2 business days, while orders to rural areas typically arrive within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please contact our dedicated sales reps for shipping times and pricing.

Our shipping prices are determined by the professional carrier, and the website cart will reflect as such according to the delivery address. For orders above  $ 60, shipping is free.
